Our Tender Management process is designed to assess multiple tenders from our network of qualified, reputable builders and negotiate the best price, and outcome to turn your dreams into a reality. Part of this process is defining a consistent 'Scope of Works' detailing your building and material specifications. This allows us to compare 'apples-for-apples' amongst our refined, pre-assessed builders.

Our scope of works, combined with our construction plans and approval package and most importantly, our attention to detail and expertise will ensure your project is built to specification and budget, all in a pre-determined timely manner.

Stage Three Includes:

  • Appointment with our in-house licenced builder and estimating team to discuss our recommended builders based on your custom home design suited to tender on your project

  • Project management of all selected builders and ensuring all documentation is provided to builders to return accurate tenders in an agreed set time frame

  • Tender inclusions summary and review to ensure a truly comparative costing analysis

  • Tender negotiations are handled on your behalf ensuring you have the highest quality builder for the best price and outcome for your project

  • Site inspections with revised tendering builders to discuss existing structures, construction method and any elements of your custom designed home to firm site costs and reduce costly variations during construction

  • Builder introduction and presentation for winning selected tender giving you the opportunity to meet your future construction manager and ongoing site supervisor

Throughout our tender management process, all insights and information is provided to you along the way in an easy to understand format. From these results, you are now ready to proceed with your selected builder, and sign your fixed-price contract and commence your construction!
